    Band & DJ Application for Johnston St Fiesta 2026

    1. Insurance Requirement All performers participating on stage should hold current public liability insurance valid for the duration of the festival.
    • Fiesta will not be held liable for any incidents, accidents, or damages caused by performers who fail have public liability Insurance.
    • Any performer without appropriate insurance coverage will not be covered.
    2. Payment Terms Full payment will be made within 5 days after the festival concludes. Payment will be made via Bank Transfer only. Performers must provide:
    • Business name
    • ABN (Australian Business Number)
    • Bank account details
